1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the GiggEx platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're using GiggEx on behalf of a hospital or organization, you're agreeing on its behalf as well as your own.

2. The service

GiggEx provides staffing reconciliation, credentialing, and related tools for hospitals and health systems, connecting hospital-side administration with clinical and support providers.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data ownership

Your hospital retains ownership of the scheduling, payroll, and credentialing data you provide. GiggEx uses it solely to operate the platform on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use GiggEx to violate any law or regulation.
• Don't attempt to access data or accounts you're not authorized to access.
• Don't interfere with the platform's normal operation.

6. Payment terms

Subscription fees are billed as described at signup or in your agreement with GiggEx. See our Pricing page for current published rates.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service as described in your agreement with GiggEx. Upon termination, your hospital's data will be made available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

GiggEx is provided as-is during this early stage of development. Specific liability terms will be finalized with legal review before this document takes effect.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll notify you of material changes before they take effect.
