No per-seat licensing, no separate module fees for the reconciliation platform. One number, based on how many providers you run through it.
When Marketplace launches, it won't run on the same margin model as a traditional locum broker — where the provider often takes home only 50–70% of what the hospital pays. GiggEx is built around a small, flat wedge instead — the hospital pays one predictable all-in rate, and the higher a provider is rated, the more of that wedge they take home. More of the difference stays with the people actually on the two ends of the transaction.
Exact terms will be confirmed when Marketplace ships. If early access matters to your department, say so when you get in touch.
