Direct routing, no middleman

An uncovered shift routes straight to the right pool — agency, per-diem, or internal — without a brokerage firm sitting between the hospital and the provider taking a cut neither side can see.

Transparent pay on both sides

What the hospital pays and what the provider receives are both visible — no black box, no "the agency keeps how much?"

Two-sided rating

Providers rate hospitals — orientation, breaks, whether promised amenities were real. Hospitals rate providers back. Mutual, not one-directional.

Reputation that affects outcomes

A hospital slow to credential or a provider slow to respond doesn't stay invisible — the rating is meant to change behavior on both sides, not just display a score.

Every hospital already knows some places treat providers well and some don't. This is the part that finally makes that visible — to both sides, before anyone commits.
