01 What is GiggEx?
A staffing reconciliation and credentialing platform for hospitals, built around every credentialed role — not just anesthesia, though that's where it was proven first. It connects to the scheduling and payroll data you already have and reconciles it daily instead of monthly.
02 Is this live today, or still a prototype?
Both, depending on the piece. Operations, People, and Money are live and reconciling real hospital data today. Credentialing's document-autofill is proven; the pipeline board is in progress. Marketplace — the shift-matching piece — is near-term roadmap, not a live matching product yet. We'd rather tell you this directly than let a page oversell it.
03 Does GiggEx replace our existing scheduling system?
No. It reads the exports you already produce — schedule grid, payroll, agency invoices — and reconciles them. No rip-and-replace of the system your team already runs day to day.
04 How does pricing work?
One flat subscription scoped to your provider volume — $5,000/month up to 15 providers, $7,500/month for 15–40. No per-seat licensing, no separate module fees. See the

05 Is GiggEx HIPAA compliant?
Formal certification isn't in place yet — we say this plainly rather than claim it. What is real today: row-level security enabled by default on every table, access added deliberately per reviewed need. Full detail on

06 Does GiggEx only work for anesthesia departments?
No — it's built for every hospital role: CT techs, nurses, X-ray techs, physicians, whatever the credential. Anesthesia was the proving ground because it's the highest-cost, most schedule-complex department, not the ceiling.
07 What happens to our data if we cancel?
Your hospital owns the data it puts into GiggEx. It's made available for export for a reasonable period after cancellation, then deleted. Full terms are on the
Terms of Service page, currently marked as a draft pending legal review.
08 Which scheduling and payroll systems does GiggEx work with?
We don't have a published, confirmed integration list yet — see the
Integrations page for exactly where that stands. If you use a specific system, the fastest way to get a real answer is to
